Some of Eligibility Requirements:
- Nationals of developing countries in Southeast Asia (excluding China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Brunei)
- Those who are studying for a master’s degree or doctor’s degree at GSFS.
- Applicants’ status of residence is “College Student”.
- Applicants must be of sound mind and body, and must be of academic excellence.
- From the time of your selection as a Foundation Scholar, successful applicants must not receive any other scholarship until the end of your stipend.
- Those who are interested in and committed to international understanding and goodwill.
- Applicants must be able to provide one Japanese guarantor.
主な応募資格:
- 東南アジアの開発途上国の国籍を有する者（中国、韓国、台湾、香港、シンガポール、ブルネイを除く）
- 新領域の修士課程又は博士課程に在籍する者
- 在留資格が「留学」の者
- 心身健全で学術優秀である者
- 本財団奨学生となった時以降、給与終了まで他の奨学金を受けないこと
- 国際理解と親善に関心を持ち、貢献を期する者
- 日本人の身元保証人1名を立てることができる者
How to apply:
Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO via email. (ilo[at]edu.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp; replace [at] with @.)
- Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations
- Transcript of your current course (or your previous course if you have not obtained any credits.)
- Copy of your student ID card/Certificate of Admission
- Copy of your residence card
応募方法
応募者は必要書類をそろえて期日までに国際交流室へメールにて提出してください。（ilo[at]edu.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp; [at]を@に変えてください。）
- 民間奨学金調書
- 現課程の成績証明書、現課程の成績がない場合は前課程の成績証明書
- 学生証（または入学許可書）の写し
- 在留カードの写し
Note:
Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations must have a signature of applicant’s supervisor. Electronic signature is accepted
Before submitting your application, be sure to read Steps to apply since scholarships with the University recommendation can not be declined.
An applicant who passed the GSFS internal screening will be required to submit other documents stated in the guideline.
注意：
民間奨学金調書の指導教員サインは、電子署名可。
大学推薦の奨学金は辞退ができません。書類を提出する前に、必ず民間奨学金応募、財団募集要項を確認のうえ応募してください。
新領域の審査で本部に推薦すると決まった方には、別途必要書類を提出していただきます。
