学研災(傷害保険)
国内外での所定の教育研究活動中等に加入者本人が被った傷害に対し、医療保険金、入院加算金、後遺障害保険金、死亡保険金が支払われる保険です。本学が保険料を負担し、学生全員が加入しています。
This insurance is a personal accident indemnity insurance which provides benefit packages for injuries or accidents sustained by the student during education and research activities in Japan or while overseas.
All students studying at the University are enrolled in the “A type” insurance plan, with the university bearing the cost of the insurance premiums. (Students do not need to take any action themselves.)
学研災付帯賠償責任保険（学研賠）
Liability Insurance Coupled with Gakkensai ("Futaibaiseki")
国内外での所定の教育研究活動中及びその往復中において、他人にけがをさせたり、他人の財物を損壊したりしたことによる法律上の賠償責任に関する保険です。加入を希望する場合は、新領域教務チーム窓口で手続を行ってください。
This insurance covers legal liability for injury to others or damage to others' property during prescribed educational and research activities in Japan and abroad, and while traveling to and from such activities. If you wish to enroll in this insurance, please apply at the Student Affairs Team of the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences.
■学生教育研究災害傷害保険(学研災)について/About Gakkensai Insurance
学生教育研究災害傷害保険（学研災）は、(公財)日本国際教育支援協会による学生対象の傷害保険で、学生が所定の教育研究活動中に被った災害に対して必要な給付を行い、大学の教育研究活動の充実・発展に寄与することを趣旨として、昭和51年度から始められた災害補償制度です。
Gakkensai is accident insurance for students provided by the Japan Educational Exchanges and Services (JEES). It is an accident compensation system that started in 1976. The aim of this insurance is to provide the necessary coverage to students who suffer from accidents during their education and research activities.
〇学研災は以下のような事故を補償対象としています。
Gakkensai provides coverage for the following types of accidents
１．正課中/during class:
講義、実験、実習、演習又は実技による授業を受けている間、指導教員の指示に基づき研究活動を行っている間の傷害事故。
Accidental injury while taking a lecture, experiment, practical training, exercise, or while conducting research activities under the indication of your supervisor.
２．学校行事中/during school events:
大学の主催する入学式、オリエンテーション、卒業式など教育活動の一環としての各種学校行事に参加している間の傷害事故。
Accidental injury while participating in various school events as part of educational activities, such as entrance, orientation, and graduation ceremonies sponsored by the university.
３．学校施設内にいる間/during school facility:
大学が教育活動のために所有、使用、又は管理している学校施設内にいる間の傷害事故。
（ただし、寄宿舎にいる間、大学が禁じた時間もしくは場所にいる間、又は大学が禁じた行為を行っている間を除きます。）
Accidental injury while in a school facility owned, used, or controlled by the University for educational activities.
(Except while in dormitories, at the time or place prohibited by the University, or any conducts prohibited by the University).
４．課外活動中/during extracurricular activities:
大学の規則にのっとった所定の手続きにより大学の認めた学内学生団体・サークルの管理下で行う文化・体育活動を行っている間の傷害事故。
Accidental injury during cultural and athletic activities under the supervision of the university-approved student group or club activities according to the university regulations.
○東京大学の学生については大学が保険料を負担し、保険料負担・加入手続を一括して行い、在籍する全学生等は「Aタイプ」（死亡保険金2,000万円）及び「通学中等傷害危険担保特約」に加入しています。
○For students of the University of Tokyo, the university bears the insurance premiums and handles the enrollment procedures, and all enrolled students are enrolled in Type A (death benefit of 20 million yen) and the "the available commuter insurance plan".
○学研災では“他者への賠償責任”、“病気”や“私的活動中の傷害”等は、補償されません。
○Gakkensai does not cover "liability to others," "illness," or "injury during private activities.
■学研災加入証明書発行について/Issuance of certificate of enrollment in Gakkensai
学研災への加入証明書が必要な場合は、新領域創成科学研究科教務チーム（柏キャンパス・基盤棟1階事務室）で発行しますので、発行申請書を提出し依頼してください。
If you need a certificate of enrollment in Gakkensai, please submit the Issuance application to the Student Affairs Team of the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences (Kashiwa Campus, 1F Office of the Transdisciplinary Science Building).
■怪我をした・事故発生時/When you are injured or an accident occur
保険金請求の手続きは事故発生時に教務チームに連絡の上本人から保険会社（東京海上日動(保険金請求・支払等担当会社)）に事故通知はがき等で通知し、その後（原則負傷完治後）請求書等必要書類を保険会社に本人が送付することになります。その際請求書に指導教員による事故証明および事務（教務チーム）による保険への加入証明が必要になります。事故通知はがき、請求書等の様式は新領域教務チームにあります。
In order to file an insurance claim, the student must contact the Student Affairs Team at the time of the accident and notify the insurance company (Tokio Marine & Nichido (the company in charge of insurance claims and payments)) by sending a postcard or other form of notification of the accident, and then (in principle, after the student has fully recovered from the injury) the student must send the claim form and other necessary documents to the insurance company. At that time, proof of the accident by the academic supervisor and proof of insurance coverage by the administration (the Student Affairs Team) will be required on the claim form. Forms for accident notification postcards, claim forms, etc. are available from the Student Affairs Team of the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences.
■付帯保険の手続きについて/Purchase of supplementary insurance
上掲の「学研災」（本体保険）では、“他者への賠償責任”、“病気”や“私的活動中の傷害”等は、補償されません。 学研災には付帯保険（保険料自己負担／任意加入制）として、次のものがあります。加入を希望する場合は、学生証・保険料を持参のうえ、新領域教務チーム窓口でお申し込みください。
The above-mentioned "Gakkensai" (main insurance) does not cover "liability to others," "illness," or "injury during private activities. Gakkensai provides the following supplementary insurance (premiums to be paid by the student / optional subscription). If you wish to join this insurance, please bring your student ID card and the insurance fee and apply at the Student Affairs Team of the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences.
○学研災付帯賠償責任保険（付帯賠責） /Gakkensai Incidental Liability Insurance (Incidental Liability)
国内外での所定の教育研究活動中及びその往復中において、他人にけがをさせたり、他人の財物を損壊したりしたことによる法律上の賠償責任に関する保険です。加入を希望する場合は、新領域創成科学研究科教務チーム窓口で、加入年数分の保険料（お釣りがでないように）を添えて手続を行ってください。
This insurance covers legal liability for injury to others or damage to others' property during prescribed educational and research activities in Japan and abroad, and while traveling to and from such activities. If you wish to enroll in this insurance, please apply at the Student Affairs Team of the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, along with the insurance premium for the number of years you would like to be enrolled (do not make change).
※年度途中に加入する場合も保険料は１年単位となります。
※If you join in the middle of a fiscal year, the premium is calculated on a yearly basis.
１．Aコース 学生教育研究賠償責任保険（学研賠）/Course A: Student Education and Research Liability Insurance (GAKKENBAI)
対 象 ：学研災が対象とする正課、学校行事、課外活動中及びその往復（Ｂコースの活動内容を含みます。）
支払限度額 ：対人賠償と対物賠償合わせて1事故１億円限度
保険料 ：1年間（340円）、2年間（680円）、3年間（1020円）
Eligibility: During and after regular classes, school events, and extracurricular activities covered by Gakkensai (including B Course activities)
Limit of payment: Up to 100 million yen per accident for both bodily injury and property damage
Insurance fee : 1 year (340 yen), 2 years (680 yen), 3 years (1020 yen)
２．Ｂコース インターンシップ・教職資格活動等賠償責任保険（インターン賠）/Course B: Liability Insurance for Internship and Teaching Qualification Activities (Intern Liability)
対 象 ：学研災が対象とする正課、学校行事、課外活動のいずれかに位置づけ て行うインターンシップ、介護体験活動、教育実習、保育実習、ボランティア活動の５活動及びその往復のみ
支払限度額:：対人賠償と対物賠償合わせて1事故１億円限度
保険料 ：1年間（210円）、2年間（420円）、3年間（630円）
Eligibility: Five activities (internship, nursing care experience, educational practice, childcare practice, and volunteer activities) that are part of Gakkensai's regular curriculum, school events, and extracurricular activities, as well as round-trip activities.
Limit of payment: Up to 100 million yen per accident for both bodily injury and property damage
Insurance fee : 1 year (210 yen), 2 years (420 yen), 3 years (630 yen)
