証明書の種類
(新領域所属の正規生)		他学部・他研究科の方は異なりますので所属の事務にご確認ください。
＊在学証明書…≪和文・英文≫
＊成績証明書…≪和文・英文≫
　自動証明書発行機で発行した「成績証明書（英文）」に英語の科目名が表示されていない科目があれば、教務チームの窓口に申し出て下さい。その場合、発行には数日かかりますのでご了承ください。
＊修了見込証明書…≪和文・英文≫修士課程:2年次より発行可能
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　  博士課程:学位論文（簡易製本）提出の翌日より発行可能
＊学割証（学校学生生徒旅客運賃割引証）…本学の学生として在学する期間中、所定の目的（帰省、実習、学校が認めた課外活動、就職・進学のための受験、学校行事、治療、保護者への随行等） のため使用できます。なお、学割証の有効期限は3ヶ月で、学割証に記載された学生本人以外は使用できません。また、往復乗車券は学割証1枚で購入できますので、不必要な発行は控えてください。

利用の際の注意事項		IDまたはパスワードの入力を複数回誤るとロックアウトされます。
ロックアウトされた場合、所属の事務で解除してもらう必要がありますので学生証持参で申し出てください。
※健康診断証明書は自動証明書発行機では発行できません。保健センターで発行してもらえます（有料）。
※画面が暗いときはタッチしてください。　
※用紙切れや用紙が詰まった時は事務室にお知らせください。

(for GSFS masters and doctoral students)		Please contact the faculty of your department since certificates may vary depending on the department and your status.

* Certificate of Enrollment (Japanese & English)
* Academic Transcript (Japanese & English)
-In case English course titles are not shown on the transcript issued by the automatic certificate machine, please contact the Student Affairs Team. In such cases, please note that it will take a few days to issue the certificate.
* Certificate of Expected graduation (Japanese & English)
(This certificate is available for master’s students in the 2nd year and doctoral students who have submitted their doctoral thesis in simple binding from the day after submission.）

* Student Travel Discount Certificate
 -This certificate can be used for travels (homecoming, training, extracurricular activities approved by the school, entrance exams for employment or education, school events, treatment, trip with guardian or parents, etc.) during the enrollment period and expires in 3 months since issuance.
-It can not be used by others.
-You can use 1 certificate to buy round tickets so please avoid unnecessary issuance.
Notes* Your access to the machine will be locked if you enter the wrong ID and password several times. Visit the Student Affairs Section of your faculty/ graduate school with your student ID card to unlock it if it is locked out.
* Medical certificate issuance is only available at the Health Center on campus(fee charged).
* Tap the screen when the machine is in sleep mode.
* Contact the Student Affairs Team when the machine has no paper or paper jam happens.
