平成２４年度まで実施していた全学の「東京大学学術活動等奨励事業（国外）」制度終了に伴い、平成２６年度より新領域創成科学研究科の制度として「新領域創成科学研究科学術研究奨励金」制度を実施しています。
この制度は、新領域大学院学生の国外における学会・研究集会での研究発表またはフィールドワーク等に対し、学術研究奨励金を支給するものです。
この制度に申請する場合は、募集要項を確認のうえ【４月４日（木）～４月２３日（火）（締切厳守）】の期間に新領域教務係へ申請書類を提出してください。（申請書類の提出は郵送可ですが、４月２３日必着です。）
※平成２４年度までの制度と異なり【年1回の募集】です。ご注意ください。
※採用者には、別途 渡航前に、「安全確認に関する書類」や報告書と一緒に出入国のパスポートのコピー等を提出して頂きます。

To GSFS master’s and doctoral students,
The Graduate School of Frontier Sciences Academic Research Grant Program has been implemented since 2014, in accordance with the end of the University of Tokyo Research Grant Program (International) in 2012.
This program provides research grants to the GSFS master’s or doctoral students who will conduct conference presentations or fieldwork outside Japan. If you wish to apply, please read application guidelines carefully,
and submit application documents to the Student Affairs Section, GSFS by Monday, April 23, 2019.

* No applications received after the April 23th deadline will be accepted. If you submit your application documents by intra-school mail or post, please be sure that they will
also reach the Student Affairs Section no later than April 23, 2019.
* Grant recipients will be required to submit additional documents such as a report or a copy of passport before and after the relevant conference presentation or fieldwork.
