在学期間の延長手続きを行った方は、学生証を下記のとおり配付いたしますので、各自受取をお願いいたします。

土日休日は配布できません。

【注意事項】
※現在お持ちの学生証を必ず持参してください。交換で新しい学生証をお渡しします。
※新しい学生証を受け取ったら、速やかに学生証の動作確認を行い、不具合があった場合は教務チームに申し出てください。
※郵送を希望する場合は、以下の(1)、(2)を新領域教務チームまで送付ください。いただいた返信用封筒にて、書留郵便で送付いたします。（学内便での送付は一切行いません。）
(1) 現在お持ちの学生証
(2) 434円分の切手を貼った定形（長3サイズ）の返信用封筒（送り先の住所、宛名をご記入ください）

If you wish to receive the new student ID card by post, please send us the following two items to the Student Affairs Team, GSFS.
(1) Your current student ID card
(2) A self-addressed return envelope (Naga 3 size: 120 x 235 mm) with a JPY434 stamp affixed
