ジュニア・スタッフ制度

目的: 東京大学の学部学生(一部大学院学生を含む。)が「東京大学ジュニア・スタッフ」として、大学の一員としての誇りを持って、大学の公的な活動に参画することに対し、奨励費を支給することを目的とする。

Purpose: The purpose of this program is to provide an incentive for undergraduate students of the University of Tokyo (including some graduate students) to participate in public activities of the University of Tokyo as "University of Tokyo Junior Staff" with pride as a member of the University Tokyo.

活動業務: 活動業務は、全学の活動計画による業務(以下「全学実施」という。)及び各学部の活動計画による業務(以下「学部実施」という。)に区分し、事前に学生委員会奨学部会部会長(以下「部会長」という。)へ活動計画案を提出し、承認を得た後、業務を実施するものとする。

Activity work: Activity work is conducted according to the university-wide activity plan (hereinafter referred to as "university-wide implementation") and according to the activity plan of each faculty (hereinafter referred to as "faculty implementation"). The activities shall be carried out after the proposed activity plan is submitted to the Chair of the Scholarship Subcommittee of the Student Affairs Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Chair") and approved in advance.

The following is a list of junior staff activities conducted by the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences.

【一般公開ジュニア・スタッフ】毎年10月下旬に開催される柏キャンパス一般公開各棟(基盤棟・生命棟・環境棟)において次の業務を担当。

会場設営・撤収作業及び一般来場者に対し、柏キャンパス内の研究室の紹介や説明を行い、見所を案内する。

活動期間は一般公開の前後を含めた4日程度。各研究系の一般公開担当教員を通じて募集する。

■採用手続き・報告書の提出等は新領域創成科学研究科教務チームが窓口となります。

【open to the public junior staff 】 Junior staff members are responsible for the following duties at the Kashiwa Campus Open House held every year in late October (Infrastructure Building, Life Science Building, and Environment Building).

Venue preparation and clean-up, and provide general visitors with introductions and explanations of the laboratories on Kashiwa Campus and show them the sights on Kashiwa Campus

The activity period is about four days, including before and after the open house. Applications will be accepted through the faculty member in charge of public access in each research department.

The Graduate School of Frontier Sciences Student Affairs Team is the contact point for recruitment procedures and submission of reports.
