家族を呼び寄せる場合には、既に来日をした人が身元保証人となり、在留資格「家族滞在」を取得のために「在留資格認定証明書」を代理申請します。

When inviting family members to join you, the family member already in Japan should act as a guarantor and apply on behalf of the overseas family member(s) for a Certificate of Eligibility in order to obtain a ‘dependent’ status of residence.
