追分インターナショナルビレッジ2023年10月入居者募集（博士課程学生のみ）
東京大学の宿舎「追分インターナショナルビレッジ」では、博士課程の学生の入居者を募集しています。入居申請希望者は以下募集要項の通り申請してください。
申請締切日は2023年8月21日（月）です。
■申請資格
2023年10月に本学博士課程に在籍する留学生・日本人学生。
※すでに他の宿舎に当選している学生は今回の応募の受付はいたしかねます。
■入居可能時期および期間
2023年10月1日以降入居可能。原則14日以上、1年以内。ただし、標準修業年限満了の日を超えない範囲で1年ごとに更新申請が可能。
■募集室数・居室タイプ
25室程度・単身室。
＜宿舎料＞
○施設使用料：64,000円（月額）
○入居費：66,000円（初回請求時のみ）
○共益費：2,000円（月額）
○光熱水料・インターネット代：10,800円（月額） ※2024年4月1日以降14,500円（月額）に改定
○更新料：66,000円（1年毎の更新時に請求）
※宿舎料については追分ビレッジの運用状況などにより、今後見直しの可能性があります。

Oiwake International Village for October 2023 move-ins (doctoral students only)
Oiwake International Village (OIV), UTokyo accommodation is accepting applications only from doctoral students for October 2023 move-ins. If you wish to apply, please apply as instructed in the following guidelines.
The application deadline is August 21st, 2023.
■Eligibility
International and Japanese students who are enrolled in the doctoral course at Tokyo University in October 2023. *Students who have already been selected for other accommodations will not be accepted for this application.
■Move-in month and residence period
Those who are admitted to the OIV can move in from October 1st, 2023. The residence period must be 14 days or more for up to one year and can be renewed every year within the standard study duration.
■Number of rooms/ room type
25 single rooms are available.
＜Fees＞
○Monthly rent： JPY64,000
○Entrance ｆee： JPY66,000（charged only once）
○Monthly common service fee： JPY2,000
○Monthly utility fee (electricity, internet, etc.)： JPY10,800 *Revised to 14,500 yen (monthly) on and after April 1, 2024.
○ Renewal fee: JPY66,000 (charged at the time of annual renewal)
※The monthly rent is subject to change depending on the running situation of the OIV.
