在留カードを携帯していない場合は20万円以下の罰金などに処せられる場合がありますので、紛失に気づいたらすぐに最寄りの警察署で紛失の届出をしてください。その後、出入国在留管理局で在留カードの再交付申請を行ってください。
必要書類等
・紛失したことが証明できる書類（警察で発行される遺失届出証明書など）
・パスポート
・提示を求められる場合がありますので、学生証もお持ちください。

新しい在留カードの交付から14日以内に、新しい在留カードのコピー（両面）を新領域教務チームの窓口へ提出、もしくはこちらからアップロードしてください。
If you do not carry your residence card, you may be liable to a fine of up to 200 000 yen, etc. Please report the loss of your residence card at the nearest police station as soon as you realize that you have lost it. Afterward, apply for the re-issuance of your residence card at the Immigration Services Agency in Japan.
