＜夏季休業による閉室＞
2023年8月11日（金） ～ 2023年8月15日（火）
8月16日（水）から通常業務（平日10：00-12：00／13：00-16：00）となります。
＜入試業務による閉室＞
2023年8月21日（月）の午後 ～ 2023年8月22日（火）
8月23日（水）から通常業務（平日10：00-12：00／13：00-16：00）となります。

（自動証明書発行機について）
柏地区の自動証明書発行機の利用可能時間は平日9：00～18：00です。
※ただし、窓口業務休止期間は、用紙不足、機器故障、パスワード忘れ等への対応はできませんので、あらかじめご承知おきください。
※証明書及び学割が必要な場合は、計画的に、早めの時期に「必要な枚数だけ」を発行するようにしてください。

なお、学部・他研究科所属学生の証明書及び学割を新領域教務チーム窓口で発行することは出来ません。ご自身の所属研究科等へお問い合わせ下さい。

The office of GSFS Student Affairs Team will be closed during the following period for summer holidays.
*** Friday, August 11 – Tuesday, August 15, 2023 ***
The office will be open again from Wednesday, August 16.
(Office opening hours: 10 AM – 12 PM / 1 PM – 4 PM on weekdays)
The office will also be closed during the following period for entrance examinations.

- Automatic Certificate Issuing Machine on Kashiwa campus is available weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If you need any certificates including Student Travel Discount Certificates (Gakuwarisho), please obtain them well in advance.
