新領域創成科学研究科 学生各位
新領域創成科学研究科教務チームの窓口業務は、下記の期間休止いたします。
■窓口業務休止期間■
令和5年12月28日（木） ～ 令和6年1月4日（木）
1月5日（金）午前10時から窓口業務再開となります。
なお、年末年始期間【令和5年12月29日（金）～令和6年1月3日（水）】は、
建物への入館に磁気カード（学生証）が必要となりますので、ご注意ください。
■自動証明書発行機休止期間■
令和5年12月29日（金）～ 令和6年1月3日（水）
※ただし、窓口業務休止期間は、用紙不足、機器故障、パスワード忘れ等への対応はできませんので、あらかじめご承知おきください。
※証明書及び学割が必要な場合は、計画的に、早めの時期に「必要な枚数だけ」を発行するようにしてください。

学部・他研究科所属学生の証明書及び学割を新領域教務チームで発行することは出来ません。
ご自身の所属研究科等へお問い合わせ下さい。

窓口対応時間帯は【平日 10:00～12:00／13：00～16：00】です。
【海外渡航される学生の方へ】
新領域創成科学研究科所属の学生が日本を離れる際は全員手続きが必要です。（日本人学生・外国人留学生問わず）

* If you need any certificates including Student Travel Discount Certificates (Gakuwarisho), please obtain them well in advance before the closure days.
* Student ID card registered for the building entrance system is required to enter the university building during the holiday period from December 29, 2023 to January 3, 2024.
* Only certificates for GSFS students are issuable at Student Affairs Team, GSFS.

【For those going overseas 】
All students belonging to the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences (GSFS) are required to complete the procedures when leaving Japan. (This applies to both Japanese and international students)
