令和５年度後期分学費免除申請の選考結果が学務システム（UTAS）から確認できるようになりました。つきましては各自でUTASをご確認ください。
The results of Admission/Tuition Fee Exemption for the second half of AY2023 can now be checked though the UTokyo Academic affairs System (UTAS). So please check UTAS by yourself.
■結果確認方法 【入学料免除】/ How to check the result of [Admission Fee Exemption]
学務システムUTAS の 「掲示」＞ 「新着掲示」＞ 「事務から連絡」 に掲載されている掲示及び添付ファイルを各自ご確認ください。
※入学料の納付は引き落としではなく振り込みになります。振込期限は１月24日（水）です。
海外送金を希望される方はFlywireをご利用ください。→Flywire（海外からの送金専用） http://utokyo-admission.flywire.com/
Please log in to UTAS and check the “Bulletin Board” > “Newly Arrived” > “Administrative messages” section. *Please note that the admission fee is paid by bank transfer, not by direct debit from your bank account.
Please note that the transfer deadline is Wednesday, January 24th.

■結果確認方法 【授業料免除】／How to check the result of [Tuition Fee Exemption]
学務システム（UTAS）の 「学生情報」>「学生情報参照」>「授業料免除・学費納入状況」 欄を各自ご確認ください。
Please log in to UTAS and check the “Student Info” > “View University Registry Information” > “Tuition Fee Exemption/Payment Status Information” section.
○授業料の引き落としについて/ Withdrawal of Tuition Fee
半額免除許可者及び不許可者の授業料引き落としは１月29日（月）です。
１月26日（金）15時までに引落口座への入金をお願いいたします。口座引き落とし未加入者については、後日経理課から請求書を送付しますので、それにより納付願います。
未渡日の学生は新領域創成科学研究科教務チームへ支払方法についてお問い合わせください。
Please note that Monday, January 29 is the scheduled withdrawal date.
Students who have been approved for reduced payment or have had their application for tuition fee exemption rejected and have arranged to pay their tuition fees by direct debit should make sure they have deposit ed the amount equivalent to their tuition fees into their account by 15:00 on Friday, January 26.
Students who have not registered for direct debit should pay their tuition fees in accordance with the invoice that will be sent by the Accounting Group.
Students who have not yet arrived in Japan, please contact the Student Affairs Team, GSFS for payment method.
■令和６年度の授業料免除について／Tuition Fee Exemption for AY2024
今年度の選考結果は次年度に引き継がれません。2024年度の授業料免除を希望する場合は、改めて申請する必要があります。2024年度前期分授業料免除の詳細については２月中旬頃東京大学ウェブサイトを確認してください。
Please note that the results of the application for this half will not be automatically carried over to the following year. Those who wish to receive tuition fee exemption for the next academic year (April 2024 – March 2025) must reapply. With regards to tuition fee exemption for the first half of academic year 2024, please check the details on our website in mid-February.
