2024年3月修了予定の皆様
2024年3月21日の各専攻別学位授与式においてお渡しする証明書についてお知らせいたします。
修了者全員に以下の証明書を学生証と引き換えにお渡しする予定です。
＜修士課程修了者＞
成績証明書（和文2枚）、修了証明書（和文1枚）
＜博士課程修了者＞
成績証明書（和文2枚）、学位授与証明書（和文1枚）
＜論文博士＞
学位授与証明書（和文2枚）
上記よりも多くの枚数を希望する方や、英文証明書など上記以外の証明書を
希望する方は 3月13日（水）16:00 【締切厳守】 までに
以下の「追加証明書発行依頼フォーム」を送信してください。

【自動証明書発行機】
2024年3月29日15:00までは、学生証返却後も、共通ID・パスワードを入力し
証明書を発行することが出来ます。（英文成績証明書を除く）
注：修了に伴い、2024年3月21日以降は学生旅客運賃割引証を発行できません。

To those who complete the Master’s or the doctoral program in March, 2024,
This email is to inform you regarding the certificates that you will receive at the
commencement ceremony held by each department on March 21, 2024.
All graduates will receive the following certificate in exchange for their student ID card.
＜Those completing their master’s program＞
Academic Transcript (in Japanese): 2 copies
Certificate of Program Completion (in Japanese): 1 copy
＜Those completing their PhD program＞
Academic Transcript (in Japanese): 2 copies
Certificate of Academic Degree (in Japanese): 1 copy
＜Those being conferred their PhD by thesis only (Ronbunhakase)＞
Certificate of Academic Degree (in Japanese): 2 copies
If you would like to request more copies or other certificates such as English Certificates,
please submit the following “Additional Certificate Request Form” by 4 pm on Wednesday,
March 13th, 2024. Please strictly adhere to the deadline.

【Certificate Issuing Machine】
Those completing in March 2024 will be able to use the automatic certificate issuing
machine until approximately 3 pm, March 29, 2024, with their User ID and password
for UTokyo Account.
- Train fare student discount certificates will NOT be issuable on and after
March 21, 2024 for those graduating in March 2024.
- Please refer to the following Portal Site for Venue and schedule for the commencement
ceremony by department.
