新領域創成科学研究科 博士課程学生 各位
新領域創成科学研究科博士後期課程在籍者の方を対象に、新領域創成科学研究科特別リサーチ・アシスタント（新領域特別RA）を募集いたします。
申請を希望される方は、募集要項をよく読んで、受付期間内に申請書類を提出してください。
1. 新領域特別RA制度の目的
この制度は、新領域創成科学研究科における学術研究の遂行に、自立的な研究者を目指して意欲的に研究に取組む優れた大学院学生を参画させ、 学術研究活動の効果的推進、研究体制の充実及び若手研究者としての研究遂行能力の育成を図ることを目的としています。
2. 採用期間・支給月額
採用期間は2021年4月1日から2022年3月31日、支給額は月額12万円を予定しています。
3. 申請資格
次の①、②および③に該当する者
① 2021年4月現在、東京大学大学院新領域創成科学研究科博士後期課程に在学している者。
② 2020年春に2021年度採用分の日本学術振興会特別研究員に申請した者。
③ 2021年の春に募集される2022年度採用分の日本学術振興会特別研究員に申請する者。

4. 受付期間
2021年2月15日（月）～2021年2月26日（金）正午 （日・英いずれかをメール添付にて提出）
※指導予定教員の評価書が必要なため、早めに作成依頼すること。

Dear GSFS doctoral students,
Targeted the doctoral students of the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences (GSFS), GSFS will start calling for applications as follows.
For those who wish to apply, please read through the application guidelines, and submit the application documents during the designated period.
1. About GSFS Special RA
This program seeks the advancement of excellence in independent research by providing monetary support to encourage highly motivated graduate students to further advance their research and become independent researchers.
2. Appointment Period and Monthly Amount
The period will be from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
The fee will be paid with the amount of 120,000 yen per month.
3. Eligibility
Those who meet all the following criteria:
– Be enrolled in a doctoral program at the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Frontier Sciences as of April 1, 2021.
– Have applied for the 2020 spring Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Research Fellowship for Young Scientist 2021.
– Commit to apply in the spring of 2021 for acceptance into the 2022 JSPS Research Fellowship for Young Scientist.

4. Application Period
Monday, February 15, 2021 through (no later than) Friday, February 26, 2021, at 12 noon.
*Submit required documents by email in either English or Japanese.
*Beware the deadline! There is a document which you should ask your supervisor to fill out.
5. Selection Process and Application Documents
Selection consists of the examination of application documents, and the examination of previous course results and records. Interviews may also be required.
