標記制度の委嘱期間が令和元年11月30日で終了となりますので学術研究業務遂行報告書（様式2）を1ヶ月以内をめどに新領域教務係までご提出ください。（令和年12月中にお願いいたします）提出は郵送・学内便でも構いません。※必ず指導教員の先生よりコメントをいただいてから提出してください。
学術研究業務遂行報告書の様式は下記よりダウンロードできます。上記期日より提出が遅れる場合、必ず事前にご連絡ください。
We are writing to inform you that your academic research grant period will expire at the end of November.
Please remember to submit the "Report on Academic Research Grant for GSFS Doctor Course Students” (Form 2) within one month from the end of grant period. You can submit it by postal mail or intra-school mail (Gakunaibin). ** Please make sure to get a comment from your supervisor when you submit it.
