○ 申請資格者： 本学の学生（研究生・聴講生等は除く）で以下のいずれかに該当する者。
- 経済的理由により学費の納付が困難であり、かつ学業優秀と認められる者。
- 申請者又は学資を主として負担している者（以下「学資負担者」という）が風水害等の災害を受け、授業料の納付が著しく困難であると認められる者。
- その他、やむを得ない事情があると認められる者。
１．令和６（2024）年度前期【学費免除・徴収猶予】の申請について

標記のことについて本部奨学厚生課より通知がありましたのでお知らせします。（令和６年１月19日更新）
経済的理由によって、入学料・授業料等の納入が困難であり、かつ学業優秀と認められる場合には、選考のうえ、入学料・授業料が免除または徴収猶予される制度です。申請を希望する方は以下の掲示を確認し申請してください。

入学料・授業料免除、徴収猶予申請全て簡易書留郵送のみの受付となっております。対面での受付はありません。申請書類は2月15日（木）以降に東京大学WEBページ(以下のURL)からダウンロードできるようになります。

Application guidelines and forms will be available for download from the University of Tokyo website (above URL) after February 15 (Thu.). Please note that the printed version of application guidelines and forms are not distributed.
[Important] ONLY postal application is accepted.
The University of Tokyo currently do not accept applications at the counter. When applying by post, please send the applications using registered mail 簡易書留郵便(kan i kakitome yubin).

２．学費徴収猶予（延納・分納）の申請について/Application of Deferred payment
入学料免除及び授業料免除の申請を行うと、結果通知（７月末）までの期間、入学料及び授業料の支払いは猶予されます。それ以上の猶予を希望する場合は、申請様式一式を送付しますので、以下の問合せ先までメールでご連絡ください。申請期間は学費免除申請と同一です。
Once the application of exemptions is submitted, the payment of the relevant fee will be deferred until the results are determined (the End of July).
If you need more deferment (until the end of August), please contact the Tuition Fee Exemption Team of the Student Scholarship and Welfare Group by email.
